If your student has changed their password, we will lose access to assist with support and you will be unable to log into their account to track progress. We recommend having them reset the password back to their assigned credentials as soon as possible.
To change the password back, navigate to Settings > Administrative > Edit Profile. Enter the password that they have set in the Current Password field, and enter the provided password in the New Password field. Click "Save Settings", log out and log back in to confirm that the original password is reset.
If they have changed their password and are unable to remember the new password, contact our support team through live chat as we will need to reset their account.
Note: The student login ID located within their workbook will be required in order to reset their password back to the original.
