My student's login credentials aren't working

If your student is receiving the error message "Sorry, the email and/or password you entered is invalid," please be sure they are entering the provided email and password exactly as shown. Confirm the caps lock is off, and be sure all 1's, i's, and L's are entered correctly. If they are still unable to log into their account, please contact our support team through our live chat.
