# Why is there a red box preventing me from adding a new account?

If you are trying to add a new account to your chart of accounts and are seeing a large red box covering the input fields, this is being caused by an unsupported resolution.

To resolve this issue, zoom out of your web browser to a minimum recommendation of **1,280 by 800 pixels**.
